The room was cramped with a painful metal shelf, absoluteley unacceptable! I was promised a private taxi that never arrived, so I had to drag my bags alone while others got red carpet treatment. Almost wrote a good review but just couldn't, too many issues!

comfortable stay but a few drawbacks
The staff was lovely, always willing to help whenever needed. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room nice and cool . I really appreciated having a garden view from my room, great for a peaceful atmosphere in the mornings.
I noticed some noise during late hours, which could be a concern for light sleepers.
